AMES KIDS School organized a fun and educational Field Trip – Knowing Our Surroundings for all students. The event aimed to help children explore and understand the world around them through observation, discussion, and hands-on learning.
Students participated in an interactive PPT and video session to learn about home, school, hospital, park, community helpers, and nature. They also enjoyed a guided nature walk and school tour, where they explored different areas of the campus. To reinforce their learning, students took part in engaging activities such as Sorting & Naming Our Surroundings, My Surroundings Collage etc making the entire learning experience enjoyable, interactive, and meaningful.
The event was a wonderful opportunity for students to develop observation skills, build environmental awareness, and confidently connect classroom learning with the world around them.
Students explored the school campus through classroom observation, a nature walk, and visits to different areas such as the playground, classrooms, and auditorium. They observed their surroundings, discussed classroom rules, watched informative videos about the school and the community, and learned that Allah has created everything around us. Students were encouraged to be thankful and take care of His beautiful creation.
